A niche insurance product company wanted to expand its base globally. The idea was to create outreach to all the insurance companies in the world at a minimal cost. Not only this, they also wanted to build a network of partners across the world. But they had limited bandwidth.

Max suggested setting up of a dedicated strategic business unit at an off shore location in Mumbai, India. We designed the campaigns for them and gave them a team who could work round the clock to establish the required visibility around the world.

This not only helped them grow, it actually also helped them diversify into industries other than insurance. 
A small share and insurance brokerage firm was skeptical that the financial advisers who leave their company actually take with them their customer base. The CEO was worried that the attrition might ruin his expansion plans, if they clients follow the ex employees to their new destination.

Max suggested that there should be a firewall built between the original financial advisers and the customers. Max hired a small team of hard core sales guys from a non-financial background and put them customer facing. The real financial advisers were shielded from the customers. They were no longer the relationship managers thus reducing the risk of customer drain due to attrition.
